The estimate was done promptly, with no high pressure sales. Installation day came quickly and was completed . When job was done, all old gutters and debris was hauled away and my items were put back in place. Love the final results, loved the whole process. I highly recommend this company and their team.

Our gutters were in need of major repair. In the process of doing some research, I discovered Bluff City Gutters and called them out for 1 of my 3 estimates. Which actually turned out to be the lowest by 15% - 20%.

There were a few things that thoroughly impressed me about Bluff City. One was that their K Guard product is one of the best designs in the market. The seamless design and multiple color options make for a great design on our house. Plus, I will NEVER have to climb a ladder again to clean out the gutters.

Another is that the sales pitch is NOT pressured like some companies like to do. IF you sign today, we will give you an extra 5% off type sale. I have never done that because I do not believe that is a way to do sales. The sales person signed the contract and left it with me to take my time deciding, and told me to sign it, take a picture of it and send it to him if we decided to use them. Excellent salesman in my opinion.

Lastly, they showed up when they said they would and got the project done on time as well. I was surprised due to more than expected fascia boards that needed to be replaced. The good thing was that they counted on that and had prepainted wood ready for replacement.

Without question, I would give 100% recommendation to Bluff City Gutters!!!
